The inviting lobby of Chicago's Lenox Suites is the prelude to the hotelūs intimate European style. Traditional details such as polished cherry woods, marble flooring and rich tapestry fabrics gracing the upholstered walls provide a familiar comfort. Guests are welcomed by fresh flowers and an original bronze sculpture by J. Seward Johnson, Jr., which adds a touch of whimsy.
Suites are done in soothing tones of hunter green, burgundy, gold and blue, with handsome traditional furnishings. Each suite includes a wet bar with fresh coffee and tea, a complimentary in-suite continental breakfast, a complimentary weekday newspaper, a mini-snack and beverage bar, two telephones, cable TV and private bath with a full line of toiletries. Corner suites are exceptionally large and provide panoramic views of world-renowned Michigan Avenue and Lake Michigan.
Freshly decorated meeting facilities accommodate up to 35 in a theater-style arrangement, up to 30 for conferences and banquets, and receptions up to 60 persons.
For dining, visit the nationally acclaimed Houston's Restaurant serving lunch, dinner and cocktails in a warm and friendly atmosphere that is casually elegant with oak paneling and comfortable banquets.
Other on-site amenities at "Chicago's European-Style Hotel" include a fitness center, valet and self parking, a gift and sundry shop, laundry and valet services, and Business Center and services. Chicago's most celebrated shops, restaurants, nightlife, galleries and museums are just a short walk away. |
