Sebastian's On the Beach Hotel & Restaurant is located on a luxurious, white sand beach in Little Apple Bay on Tortola's North Shore. The charming 26-room hotel offers the ultimate in breathtaking scenery and total relaxation. Offering spectacular ocean views, the luxury juniour suites feature private balconies, marble and mirror baths, and kitchens with refrigerators, toaster ovens and microwaves. All units are air conditioned with ceiling fans and have 12' glass sliding doors, TV/VCR with a film library, telephone, and Turkish rugs. Everything from sailing, snorkeling and diving, to surfing, tennis, horseback riding and hiking can be arranged through Sebastian's. They also assist with jeep and car rentals - though many guests prefer to lie on the beach with a rum punch and a good book. Sebastian's award winning seaside restaurant is one of the islands' favorite dining spots, offering both continental and Caribbean cuisine. The menu features fresh seafood, steaks and vegetarian dishes. Dine inside for a romantic candle lit atmosphere or outside on the comfortable palm-fringed terrace. Start with West Indian Fritters--crispy deep fried fritters served with remoulade sauce. As a main course, try chicken breast marinated in jerk seasonings and served with Jamaican jerk sauce. For dessert, don't miss the fresh brewed coffee with Sebastian's home blended rum, topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of fresh grated nutmeg.
